Mikaela Adolphus is a UC Davis Alumna class of 2020, who graduated with two degrees in Sociology and African and African American Studies. Mikaela competed on the UC Davis track team as a long sprinter for five years and was Women’s captain for two of those five years. She was the President of CADSA for two years, the Advocacy Director of Davis Athlete Ally for three years, and a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion board for UC Davis Athletics program. Originally from Southern California, specifically Upland, she graduated from Upland Highschool where she began her track career and advocacy work as a board member of the Gay-Straight Alliance at her highschool. She now works for Five9, a tech company in Northern California where she is a Lead Development Representative. Mikaela is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion of all identities and believes in the use of education as the most effective tool to improve the climate of DEI in our society.

De’Andre Morgan is from Pittsburg California and is a Alumni of University of California, Davis. De’Andre completed his degree in Community and Regional Development with a Minor in African American and African Studies and he played on the ICA Football team at Davis as a defensive lineman. While at Davis, De’Andre co-founded CADSA and served as Vice President for one year. He wishes to develop minority communities to give them adequate urbanization, green spaces, and resources to assist with the overall well-being of the community – this will ensure that we are looking at underserved communities and their residents through a holistic lens. He is very passionate about advocating for better land use development and wishes to become a developer to properly help minority communities. De’Andre currently works at Thomas James Homes, the nation's largest single-lot new home replacement builder, as a Development Coordinator who oversees permitting in San Mateo County and Menlo Park in California. De’Andre is passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and advocating for the voiceless and looks to create serious change to create equal opportunities for everyone.

Xochitl is from Anaheim, CA, and graduated with a B.A. in Biological Sciences with a minor in Spanish Language & Literature from UC Davis in 2021. She worked at the UC Davis Medical Center as a member of the Emergency Medicine research team, competed on the NCAA Women’s Track and Field team, and served on the CADSA UC Davis executive board.
Xochitl now works at Stanford University as an Orthopaedic Surgery clinical researcher, and serves as the Project Management Team Lead and Secretary for CADSA National.
She plans on pursuing medical school with the goal of creating a more holistic culture in medicine.

Olivia Magby is currently an Advocacy intern for CADSA. Olivia is from Glendale, AZ and transferred to the University of La Verne in California and earned her Bachelor in Sociology with a concentration in Social Justice in May of 2022 while completing her 10th and final year of Track and Field.
Olivia is passionate about advocating for human rights, voices that are not heard, and communities that are often overlooked. Olivia will be pursuing her Master in Public Administration from the University of La Verne and is eager to continue learning as well as educating about what it means to be diverse, equitable, and inclusive in every area.

Alafair Moss, graduated cum laude from Southern University and A&M College with a Bachelor's in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Alafair is currently working as a Content Creator with CADSA National.
After graduation Alafair decided to explore the political side of communications.
She is currently working full-time as a Press Assistant. In the future, Alafair wants to work as a Social Media Coordinator but is open to different opportunities.

Kayla Ross, a Chicago native, is a University of Illinois Springfield ’15 alumna with a B.A. in Communications and Minor in Theatre. Kayla was a member of the UIS Cheer team for 1 year and the Dancing Stars pom team for 4 years and was captain in her last year.
The former Miss Black Illinois USA 2019 beauty queen is a Zumba Instructor and the Social Media Manager for CADSA.
Her passions are dancing, theatre, arts and crafts/furniture repurposing and going to events and new restaurants around Chicago.

Raised in Stockton, CA, Darius Livingston graduated from UC Davis in 2021 with a B.S in Bio-psychology and Minor in Technology Management. During undergrad, Darius was also a member of the football team in addition to many other student athlete organizations such as the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and Coalition of Diaspora Student Athletes (CADSA).
Darius currently serves as an Acquisitions Analyst for Catalyst Housing Group, a company based in Larkspur, California that focuses on being a mission-driven housing provider investing at the intersection of innovation and impact.
He is passionate about bridging the wealth gap through the investment and mentorship of real estate financial literacy.

Jordan Gamarra graduated from the College of William & Mary in 2021 with a B.A. in Government. Jordan initially attended American University where he competed as a soccer player. He later went on to transfer to William & Mary where he continued to play soccer. During his college career, he enjoyed volunteering with non-profit organizations such as the Grassroots Project and Reading Partners DC. Shortly after graduating, Jordan pursued a career as a professional soccer player overseas. He currently works as a Marketing Coordinator as his full-time job. He hopes to advance his career in project management but is open to change. Ultimately, he would like to work with non-profit organizations serving marginalized communities.
